Why did you give your Rune Priest Master of Runes when he only has two psychic shooting attacks? You can't use two shooting powers a turn, even if you can use two psychic powers a turn.

Also, horde and Big-Meany CQC armies will have a field day with this army. It's great against mech, but anything that relies on numbers will just roll this force over. Another problem is that even though its great against mech, mech is also great against it. You have absolutely no heavy armour vehicles, so no shooty version of any existing army would have any trouble in destroying 2+ Rhinos/Speeders a turn.

So to sum up:

Many eggs in one basket are easily cracked.

Umm..Tempests wrath is not a shooting attack?? I think you may have it confused with another shooting power with the same name type.

It would be interesting to see. You would have a tough time with hordes. Maybe not-so-much trouble against MCs though. Las-cannons and plasma helps with that. Mech would give you trouble if there are a lot of high armor targets. Even though you have a lot of las-cannons but they still have to roll a 5 to glance a 14 armor. Ick.

Hand out some meltaguns and power fists and your odds get a lot better. Sneak some scouts up behind with melta-bombs and your odds get better yet. I guess what I'm getting at is it would look cool to see a dozen transports full of Grey hunters but they are coming without the dirty tricks (brass knuckles and such) that space wolves have access to and make very good use of.
