Thunder Hammer / SS model

Building a new model for the army. I'm liking how it turned out so far.

It's supposed to have a Thunder Hammer and Storm shield. I'm planning to have the shield slung on the backpack.










The head I'm using.



For the interested:

I used the following parts:

SM Champio head (from command squad sprue)
SM commander top torso
Vangaurd Vet relic blade arms
SM Terminator Thunder hammer
Assault Marine legs
Basing kit

Options:
I've got 3 back pack options:
SW (wolf heads)
Codex (Eagle heads)
Regular back pack

I've got 3 Shield options:
Master of the chapter shield (Tower/kite)
Terminator Storm Shield (cross)
SM Champion shield (small kite shield)

I replaced the wiring from the Thammer to the shoulder pad with guitar wire, it worked like a charm.
Going purple with the cloak. Need to put more layers, and layer up the inside of the cloak. Highlights as well.

UGH! just noticed huge mold line on the under side of the hammer...dammit.

The tower shield on the back would look nice, but I'm not so happy with the color scheme.

If you were to leave the knee and elbow pads black and paint the rest of him red I think that'd be a nice scheme.

Overall it's a very nice model like the motion.
