Army idea: This army is made to focus solely on hitting the enemy as hard as possible in CC, with overwhelming CC force. Kayvaan would infiltrate with the Jump-veterans along with the Chaplain. I would infiltrate them very close to their HQ, elites, or artillary and then use fleet to obliterate them in CC. The Terminators would either start the game on the field or teleport in, though I would place them as close as possible to their target so as to ensure they can assault it. Tactical squads provide the majority of the heavy weapons fire, but they wont remain stationary 24/7. Vanguard will travel in one of the rhinos.
