| I was north of houston while an grp of people were playing DHeresy( pre Iquisitor)and I was hooked. I was thinking about creating an group to play, so if any one down Im willing to play. | Dark Heresy is great if you like to role play in the 40k universe, but like DnD, is TOTALLY reliant on having a strong, fair GM and on everyone else playing not being a dick. AKA - Don't play the game competitively and everything should work out. Anyhow, I'd be interested in looking into it. I've read through the rulebook a bit, but got turned around in the somewhat complicated rule set. It's certainly NOT like 40k. The list of available weapons, equipment, and psychic powers alone took me several hours to go through.  My only concern is the limited time I would have to play. I get the impression that a session of the game is intended to last for several hours, which is why I was pushing for us to start a Necromunda campaign a month back, as those games take 30 minutes to an hour to complete. | |

| I also would play Dark Heresy, and know a group of people who is playing a campaign who I can perhaps talk to about their experience and see what sorts of things they would recommend. | |

| I spent some more time today reading about how exactly the game system works, and one thing is definitely clear at this point.: We need an experience and fair GM, or this simply can't work out. What I really need now, though, is a copy of the actual rulebook. Online reviews and chargens can only take you so far...  | |
