How do you make meltagun hits.

Does anyone know how to model a meltagun hit on a tank. If so please help.

Carve out a dime-sized hole on the side of your tank with a hobby knife or some other such tool and then "re-fill" the hole with green stuff. Leave a small hole (BB-sized ought to do) hole in the putty and go back and smooth the green stuff so it blends in with the hull. You want to put enough green stuff so that it is raised up away from the hull as goes towards the center of the hole, so it looks sort of like a crater. Then go in and use the thin handle of a paint brush to emboss smaller craters around the main big hole. Should make it look a bit like the hull has been melted/blasted.

Yes, well. I'm sure he's wanting to commemorate the single occasion in which a meltagun actually hit and destroyed one of his key vehicles.

There's a reason why I bring 3 meltaguns w/ my BS4 Imperial Veterans. So that combined with the order that Twin-Links them against vehicles, I at least get one to hit!

well it seems everytime i come across a meltagun they always end up hitting me and blowing me up. so i thought it would make sense.
